Your Role

As an assembler with us, you will have a varied job where the focus is on the assembly and final assembly of cables and devices for underwater systems. You will become part of a wonderful team where we look forward to your help and to include you in our strong community. We have fun at work and always support each other when needed. Your main tasks will include:

• Assembly of plates and system components, including modules and cables
• Assemble modules into a finished unit according to specifications and drawings
• Final assembly of underwater systems and modules to ensure the highest quality and functionality.

We are on a growth journey and face exciting challenges to meet customer demand, where interest in our products continues to be strong in the market.

The job location will be Tannefors and working hours will be during the day.

Your Profile

This is the perfect position for you if you have experience in final assembly, assembly, and lean. If you have experience in battery assembly, that is a big plus. What we value most is your willingness to learn, your curiosity to develop, and your flexibility. You should be a person who enjoys working in an engaged team, where we support each other and strive to improve and develop the business together. Drive and the desire to be part of the team are crucial.

To succeed and thrive in the role, we also see that you have:

• At least a high school education, preferably with practical experience from previous work
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Swedish and English
• Experience in reading and understanding drawings is an advantage
• Experience in operating overhead cranes is an advantage
• Attention to detail, quality thinking, and the ability to work in a structured and methodical manner

The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, require certain citizenship.
